Terms of Service for CyberKore Bots

By using my bots, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using my bots.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding and using my bots on your server, you acknowledge and agree to these ToS. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Usage

My Bots are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You agree not to use my bots for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Violating Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

  • Spamming, phishing, harassment, or other malicious activities.

  • Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or attempting to manipulate the bot’s functionality.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

My bots may collect and store limited user and server data to function properly. By using the bot, you consent to this data collection in accordance with the following conditions:

  • No personal or sensitive information is collected beyond what is necessary for operation.

  • Data may be stored temporarily for logs, moderation, or functionality improvement.

  • We do not sell, distribute, or share any user data with third parties.

  • Users may request data removal by contacting info@cyberkore.it

4. Availability & Service Changes

  • My bots uptime is not guaranteed, and downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the bot’s services at any time without notice.

  • Features may be added, removed, or changed based on development needs.

5. Limitation of Liability

My bots and its developers are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or disruptions caused by the use or misuse of the bot. You use My bots at your own risk.

6. Termination & Restrictions

  • We reserve the right to blacklist or restrict access to My bots for any user or server that violates these ToS.

  • Servers engaging in illegal or prohibited activities may be permanently banned from using the bot.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted under the applicable laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved through italian law system.
